The 4200 Series offers a choice of battery-powered, portable operation or AC power. Housed in rugged, NEMA 4 enclosures, the 4200s can store weeks of data in their large, versatile memory. They're fully compatible with our Flowlink Software, and also have a built-in printer for on-site reports. A choice of four measurement technologies lets you match the meter to your site conditions. Options include modems with dial-out alarm as well as rain gauges and water quality monitoring.
Ultrasonic level measurement - non-contacting sensor means no scheduled maintenance.
Submerged probe accuracy unaffected by wind, steam, foam, turbulence or air temperature change.
Bubbler level sensing provides the most accurate measurement.
Area Velocity - no weir or flume needed! Handles submerged, surcharged, and reverse flow.
Ultrasonic level measurement - non-contacting sensor means no scheduled maintenance.
The 4210 Ultrasonic Flow Meter provides non-contact sensing of the flow over a weir or in a flume. The ultrasonic sensor is mounted above the flow stream, and transmits a sound pulse that is reflected by the surface of the flow. The elapsed time between sending a pulse and receiving an echo determines the level in the channel. Automatic compensation for air temperature ensures measurement accuracy. Standard Features

Submerged probe accuracy unaffected by wind, steam, foam, turbulence or air temperature change.
The probe on the Isco 4220 uses a differential pressure transducer to measure the depth of the liquid. The probe accurately senses pressure even when covered with silt and sand, and the venting system automatically compensates for changes in atmospheric pressure. This technology provides accurate measurement at sites where wind, steam, foam, turbulence, or air temperature fluctuations exist. Standard Features

Bubbler level sensing provides the most accurate measurement.
Isco 4230 Bubbler Flow Meters use an internal air compressor to force a metered amount of air through a bubble line submerged in the flow channel. By measuring the pressure needed to force air bubbles out of the line, the flow level is accurately determined. Standard Features

Area Velocity - no weir or flume needed! Handles submerged, surcharged, and reverse flow.
The sensor on the Isco 4250 uses patented Doppler technology to directly measure average velocity in the flow stream. An integral pressure transducer measures liquid depth to determine flow area. The 4250 then calculates flow rate by multiplying the area of the flow stream by its average velocity. Standard Features
